Also, emulators allow you to play almost all of them from the comfort of your own phone. Here are the best Pokemon games for Android.

Magikarp Jump is one of the best Pokemon games for Android

Magikarp Jump is one of the newest Pokémon games to make the list. It’s a simple little casual game. Your job is to train Magikarp. The goal is to flop it higher than your opponent’s Magikarp. It might seem a little silly because it definitely is. You have to feed it, train and compete to make it stronger. It features cameos from other Pokemon as well as some customizations. Like Camp Pokémon, it’s definitely made for casual gamers.

Pokémon Go hit the world like a ton of bricks. It is without a doubt the most popular Pokémon game on mobile. There aren’t many people who don’t know how this game works. You run around in the real world, catching Pokemon, leveling them up, and then using them to battle Gyms. The real world element also motivates you to get off the couch and meet new people. There are various things that make the game more exciting, such as: B. In-Game Events. The fashion has faded a lot. However, that only made more room for the true Pokémon Go fans. Updates continue to add new content, new game modes, new Pokémon, and new activities for trainers.

Pokemon Home isn’t technically a game. However, it is an add-on for other Pokemon games. It serves as a bank and you can send your Pokemon there to transfer between other games. So if you have a Pokemon in Alpha Sapphire that you want in Sword or Shield, this is the app to do it with. In addition, it has a Pokedex to track your overall progress, as well as the ability to send mysterious gifts and even trade with other players. It costs $15.99 per year, but it’s a small price to pay for hardcore gamers. Be careful though, as the app needs a few more features and tools than it currently has.

Pokémon master

Price: Play for free

Pokemon Masters is one of the newer mobile options by comparison. You team up with other trainers for three-on-three battles using all of your Pokémon at once. It’s from DeNA, the developers of Final Fantasy Record Keeper, so the developers have some knowledge of free-to-play games from major franchises. The game features trainers from most Pokemon games, as well as PvP and co-op multiplayer. It’s brand new, so there are still some growing pains, but it should be quite popular. We’ve also linked a series of tutorials at the end of the article if you’d like more information.

Pokémon Playhouse is a breeze for Pokémon fans. The game features a large playhouse with tons and tons of Pokémon. Children interact with the house, the Pokémon and other game elements. The game has super easy controls, lots of colors and sounds and other elements that kids might like. It is intended for younger children between the ages of three and five. So don’t expect anything complicated from this Pokémon game. Camp Pokémon is another excellent Pokémon title for slightly older children. Pokémon Playhouse is also free, with no in-app purchases or ads.

Pokémon quest

Price: Play for free

Pokémon Quest is another newer Pokémon game released in 2018. It is also one of the few cross-platform Pokémon games. You can play on mobile or Nintendo Switch. The Pokémon world is made up of cubes, but your goal mostly remains the same. You catch, train, and battle Pokémon. There is also a campsite where players can customize the space and make it their own. This is a full game as opposed to something like Camp Pokémon or Pokémon Playhouse. Therefore, we only recommend it for older children and adults. There are a few bugs in the game, but nothing too serious. Granted, it’s not quite as fun as a main series Pokémon game.

Pokemon Shuffle Mobile - best games like Candy Crush Saga

Pokémon Shuffle Mobile was one of the first Pokémon games for mobile devices. It’s essentially a classic match-three game with some added combat mechanics. You have to match a series of shapes to attack your enemy. You get bigger attacks when you combine more than three forms at once. Otherwise, it behaves like any other Pokémon game. It’s a casual game. Therefore, it’s not difficult to play and you’ll find yourself searching for (or paying for) new stuff often. That doesn’t make it bad or anything, just friendlier to a random audience. It’s not as extensive as some of the other Pokémon games on this list.

Pokémon TCG Online is a freemium mobile version of the popular trading card game. Players collect different Pokémon cards, build decks, and challenge other players. It works similar to games like Hearthstone or Clash Royale but with Pokémon mechanics. It has online PvP, AI opponents for non-PvP games, various customization elements and much more. It’s a freemium game, as we said before. This means that there is a pay-to-win element to this game. Otherwise it’s pretty fun. It competes favorably with Pokémon Duel as something more serious, but still very casual Pokémon game.
